网络通信技术大鳄Cisco终于发布了802.11n无线设备,第一款产品是基于802.11n的局域网访问点(AP), Aironet 1250,这也是Cisco目前最快的无线设备.
Cisco的新AP基于802.11n草案2,再过一年时间可能可以升级到最终版本.该设备通过了Wi-Fi联盟的认证,同时该设备也支持有线局域网.
802.11n可以提供超过300Mbps的理论速度,但Aironet 1250售价高达1299美元,令人望而却步.
